摘要
目的评价对阿坝州大骨节病病区小学生开展大骨节病知识健康教育的效果,为提高小学生大骨节病知识水平提供依据。方法采用多级随机抽样的方法,选取阿坝州3所小学3个年级的310名学生为研究对象,随机分配2所学校入干预组,1所入对照组;对干预组实施健康教育并采用自行设计的问卷收集两组干预前、后大骨节病知识情况。结果干预后干预组小学生知识总知晓率提高了33.5%,对照组总知晓率提高了10.9%,差异有统计学意义;干预组总知晓率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义;除"影响智力"以外,干预组小学生知识条目知晓率均高于干预前,其中13个条目的知晓率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义。结论对阿坝州大骨节病病区小学生实施健康教育,可明显提高其大骨节病的相关知识。
Objective To carry out health education of Kaschin-Beck Disease(KBD) among students in Aba prefecture of Sichuan and to evaluate the effect,and to provide evidence for improving their knowledge level.Methods A stratified clustering random sampling method was used in this study.Tree hundred and ten students were investigated in 3 primary schools of Aba KBD region by using self-designed questionnaires.Implement diverse health education in treatment group and evaluate the effect.Results The general understanding rate of students' KBD knowledge increased by 33.5%,that of control group increased by 10.9%,the general understanding rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group after intervention.Except for KBD can affect the intelligence,the understanding rate of related items of students' KBD knowledge were all higher after intervention,the understanding rate of 13 items were higher than that of control group.Conclusion The KBD health education among students in Aba prefecture of Sichuan can make students get more KBD-related knowledge.
