摘要
对1990年1月至1993年12月收治的63例重型颅脑创伤病人(GCS≤7分)伤后2周内的营养支持状况作回顾性调查。63例重型颅脑创伤病人中,治愈39例(61.9%)、重残13例(20.6%)、死亡11例(17.5%)。结果显示:本组病人伤后2周内每日平均热能、蛋白质的供给量显著低于人体正常需要量。低白蛋白血症发生率从伤后第1周的7.9%上升至伤后第2周的47.6%。发生低白蛋白血症的病人死亡率(30.0%)显著高于白蛋白正常组(6.06%),P<0.05。故认为目前常规的营养支持方式不能满足机体的需要,影响了疾病的恢复。
Sixty-three severe head injured patients(GCS≤7) from January,1990 to December,1993 were analyzed about nutrient status during two weeks after trauma. Of the 63 patients ,39 patients (61. 9%)had a good recovery,13(20. 6%) were severely disabled and 11 (17. 5%) died. The data showed that the average daily supply of caloric and protein did not meet the normal needs of patient during the first twoweek after trauma,7.9% of these patients were hypoproteinosis at one week,47.6% at the second week after trauma respectively. The mortality of the patients with hypoproteinosis (30.0%) was significantly highier than patients with the normoproteinsis (6.06%,P<0.05).The results showed that the conventional nutritional support couldn't meet the normal needs and thus delayed the recovery of the patients.We considered that it was necessary to pay more attention to systemly study of nutritional support and improvement of the nutritional ingridient.
