摘要
永磁同步交流伺服系统是当前数控机床中采用的主要伺服系统。为保证其对速度和位置的高精度控制,无位置传感器控制技术日显重要。文章介绍了应用非导通相反电动势过零点检测转子位置及转速的方法。提出了基于M16C/28单片机实现BLDCM无位置传感器控制系统的硬件方案及软件流程。该系统的实现,对于类似系统的开发具有借鉴意义。
Permanent magnet synchronous AC servo system is one of the most popular systems in NC machine tool. In order to achieve precisely control of speed and position, sensor-less control receives more attention in the literature, This paper introduces the method of fetching the rotor position and speed by zero-crossings of the non-conducted phase's back-EMF, A scheme for sensor-less driving of a BLDCM by 120° trapezoidal wave commutation with the M16C/28 group is proposed. Its implication is also discussed for reference in future research.
