摘要
提出了一种用无位置传感器的无刷直流电动机来作为电作动器的驱动电机的思想。除了具有一般无刷直流电动机的体积小、重量轻的优点,更增强了飞机的维护性与可靠性。在分析了各种电机性能的基础上,利用Matlab软件对无位置传感器的无刷直流电动机进行建模、仿真。仿真结果表明,系统能满足飞机刹车系统性能指标,具有较高的稳定性、鲁棒性、安全性,达到较高的刹车效率。
An idea is developed in the paper that position-sensorless BLDC motor is used as driver of EMA , with the advantages of maintenance and reliability besides small size and light weight .The modeling and simulation for position-sensorless brushless DC motor is achieved with Matlab based on the analysis of performances for all kinds of motors. The simulation results proved that the system can meet the capability indexes of the aircraft brake system and get higher stability, robustness,safety and brake efficiency.
