摘要
探讨了数控机床伺服系统故障诊断难点,深入分析了国内外对数控机床伺服系统故障诊断方法,列举了典型应用实例。分析总结了现有方法进行伺服系统故障诊断的优缺点,提出了一些可行解决的方案。
We study the difficulties for the fault diagnosis to the servo system of the CNC, analyze the current fault diagnosis methods and give the typical applications. Both the advantages and disadvantages of fault diagnosis methods are summarized, and some suggestions are offered.
