摘要
提出一种采用模型算法PI预测控制及其在数控机床伺服系统的应用方案,对预测控制三要素(预测模型,参考轨迹和控制律)作了详细的论述.模型算法PI预测控制使数控机床伺服系统实现了快速、精密的位置控制.经仿真和实测践表明,该系统具有较好的鲁棒性和跟踪性能.
Proposed one kind uses the model algorithm PI forecast control and in the numerical control engine bed servosystem application plan, to forecast controls three essential factors (forecast model, referred to path and control law) has made the detailed elaboration.The model algorithm PI forecast control caused the nnmerical control engine bed servosystem to realize fast, the precise position control.And actual treads after the simulation indicated that, this system has the good robustness and the track performance.
