摘要
科技期刊编辑提高编辑素质,既是出版事业本身发展的要求,也是科学技术和整个社会发展的需要。从法律素质、经营素质、人文素质和业务素质四个方面进行讨论,认为科技学术期刊编辑应该与时俱进,提高自己的综合素质。
Strengthening the overall competence of the scitech editors for academic periodicals is not only the requirement of the publishing industry, but also the requirement of the development of science and technology and the whole society. The problems on legal competence, managing competence, humanistic competence, professional competence are discussed. It is proposed that sci- tech editors must catch up with the modern era and improve overall competence.
