摘要
通过问卷调查和因子分析多元统计的方法,从量性研究与质性研究相结合的视野,来探讨体育学术期刊编辑的能力构成因素。研究表明:体育学术期刊编辑的专业能力包含编辑意识、编辑认知能力、核心专业能力、信息化操作能力和自我发展能力等五大要素。
In order to probe the components of editors＇ professional competence who working for sport academic journal,these methods of investigating and factor analysis were used,in the way combining the quantitative research and qualitative research.The results showed the editors＇ professional competence including the five elements,which were consciousness of editing,cognitive abilities of editing,core professional competence,information operations capabilities and self-development capacity.
