摘要
新的出版形势对编辑提出了新的要求,编辑只有不断学习,善于学习,才能适应出版改革的新形势。在阐述编辑学习意识重要性的基础上,从努力营造出版单位良好学习氛围、优化完善内部管理与激励制度、加强学习与实践等方面对如何增强编辑学习意识进行了探讨。
The new publishing situation puts forward new requirements to the editors. The editors could be geared to the new situation of the publishing reform only by learning continuously and being good at learn- ing. Based on an elaboration on the importance of the editors＇ learning consciousness, this paper discusses the ways to strengthen the editors＇ learning consciousness from the following aspects： the forming of a good learning atmosphere for publishing units, the improvement of internal management and incentive systems, and the strengthening of learning and practice.
