摘要
从投资者缺位的角度分析政府投资项目实施代建制的必要性,对代建制实施过程中代建模式的选择原则、代建人的选择原则以及投资人、代建人权责划分做了较为详尽的分析。
The necessity of the agent construction for the government investing projects is analyzed. The selection principles for the construction agent and the models of agent construction is given. Their rights and obligations are compared.
