摘要
通过分析代建制的产生背景和国内现行建设模式弊端,引出代建制的概念;对国内现行的几种代建模式进行论述。提出现实中存在的几个突出问题,并初步探讨解决问题的思路。
Based on analyzing the background of agent construction system and problems in the models of civil construction management,It developed the concept of agent construction system and disussed models of civil agent construction system .Then it put forward prominent problems and explorded reasonable ways to resolve the problems preliminarily.
