摘要
从显性核不育的恢复性机制、不育基因定位、细胞学特征、败育过程的生理生化变化以及显性核不育在常规育种和杂种优势中的利用等方面对作物显性核不育的研究和利用进行了综述,并对萍乡显性核不育水稻的研究和应用前景进行了展望。
In this paper, the research progress and utilization of the dominant genic male sterility were summarized, including the fertility restorility mechanism, mapping of sterile gene, cytological character, change of physiological and chemical in abortion process, utilization in mutine breeding and heterosis. Finally the utilization of pingxiang dominant genic male sterile rice was prospected.
