摘要
本文报道了哈克尼西棉(Gossypium harknessii)雄性不育细胞质在棉花杂种一代内对某些生理生化特点的影响。研究结果表明,蕾期叶片叶绿素、可溶性糖、淀粉含量及光合强度、呼吸强度,含有哈克尼西棉胞质的(A×R)F_1均略高于其同核异质材料(B×R)F_1,但差异不显著;花期叶片叶绿素、可溶性蛋白质、淀粉含量及光合强度,(A×R)F_1仍高于(B×R)F_1,且分别达显著或极显著水平;可溶性精含量和呼吸强度(A×R)F_1则显著低于(B×R)F_1,花期叶片淀粉酶、过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶活性(A×R)F_1显著低于(B×R)F_1;多酚氧化酶活性则显著高于(B×R)F_1.花期花药过氧化物酶、多酚氧化酶、细胞色素氧化酶和酯酶同工酶分析,(A×R)F_1与(B×R)F_1也表现出了明显差异。
The effect of the MS cytoplasm of Gossypium harknessii Brandg. on several physio-logical and biochemical characteristics of the F_1 hybrid in upland cotton were studied.The results indicated that at the bud stage, the contents of chlorophyll, solublesugar and starch, and the intensity of photosynthesis and respiration in the leavesof (A×R)F_1 were higher than those of (B×R)F_1, although none of the differenceswere significant. At the flowering stage. however, the contents of chlorophyll, solubleprotein, and the photosynthesis intensity of (A×R)F_1 were significantly higher thanthose of (B×R)F_1, although the soluble sugar content and respiration intensity weresigtiificantly lower. Futhermore, the activities of amylase, peroxidase and catalase inthe leaves of (A×R)F_1 were significantly lower than those of (B×R)F_1 at the flow-ering stage. Significant differences were also observed in the isoenzyme zymogram ofperoxidase, polyphenol oxidase, cytochrome oxidase and esterase.
