摘要
从国内外77份甘蓝型油菜材料中筛选出1份Shaan-GMS的恢复材料"96-803",对其的遗传研究结果表明,Shaan-GMS育性恢复遗传机制符合2对核基因互作控制假说,假设不育基因为Ms,其对应的隐性可育等位基因为ms,Rf为Ms的显性抑制基因,rf为Rf的隐性等位基因,基因型Ms-rfrf表现为雄性不育,其他7种基因型都表现为雄性可育,则Shaan-GMS的基因型为Msmsrfrf,"96-803"的基因型为msmsRfRf,隐性测交系"84004"的基因型为msmsrfrf。"96-803"和其他8份材料的测交结果表明,Shaan-GMS同6CA恢保关系相同。
Shaan-GMS was a newly discovered dominant male sterility accession in Brassica Napus L.77 Brassica napus accessions from China and abroad were tested for their maintaining or restoring ability for Shaan-GMS,one accession named 96-803 from Sweden was screened out which could restore the male sterility of Shaan-GMS.The genetic pattern of fertility restoration of male sterility of Shaan-GMS was investigated by the genetic experiments designed by Liu.The results showed that male fertility of Shaan-GMS was controlled by two pair of nuclear genes.If male sterile gene was designated as Ms,its allele recessive gene as ms,dominant inhibition gene as Rf,which can inhibit the expression of the Ms,resulting in the restoration of F_1,its allele recessive gene as rf,the phenotype of Msrfrf was male sterile,and that of other seven genotypes was male fertile.So the genotype of Shaan-GMS,96-803 and 84004 was Msmsrfrf,msmRfRf and msmsrfrf respectively.The cross test results also showed that Shaan-GMS has similar maintaining and restoring relationship with 6CA.
