电针降温耐受性及其机理的初步探讨 被引量:9

摘要 本实验观察了电针降温作用与电针降温耐受时脑脊液(CSF)中环—磷酸腺苷(cAMP)含量的改变.结果如下:①给家兔静脉注射内生致热原(EP)后,动物出现明显的发热效应,CSF含cAMP量明显升高.②电针可使发热动物体温明显降低,CSF中cAMP含量较发热组显著降低.③电针降温耐受组电针后体温无明显改变,CSF中的cAMP含量与发热组比较无明显差异.上述实验结果表明,电针后CSF中cAMP含量降低在针刺降温中起重要作用;而连续电针刺激也可引起针刺降温耐受性,其CSF中cAMP含量则无明显变化. The changes of cAMP contents in the cerebrospinal fluid(CSF) under electroacupuncture hypothermia and electroacupuncture hypothermia tolerance were studied in rabbits.The results were as follows: (1)the bodytemperature rose markedly after the endogenous pyrogen(EP) ,and cAMP contents in. CSF were increased markedly at the same time; (2)electroacup unclurc could obviously decreased the EP-induced fever,and cAMP contents were also decreased apparently; (3)eompared with the results of EP-induced fever group, in electroacupuncture tolerance group there was no significant change in febrile response and cAMP contents in CSF after electroacupuncture. The experimental results indicated that the continous electroacupuncture could lead to the acupuncture hypothermia tolerance,and its mechanism might be related to cAMP contents in CSF
