摘要
以实验室保藏菌株黑曲酶T-68经紫外诱变后,初筛,复筛,获得一株黑曲酶TM265具有同时产纤维素酶和果胶酶的能力,最适培养基组成为:麸皮6 g;稻草粉3 g,橘皮粉1 g,水11 g,于30℃条件下培养4 d,纤维素酶活力达到3 672 u/g(干基),果胶酶活力达到2 878 u/g(干基),适合用作纺织酶制剂。
A high-yeild Aspergillus niger T-68 was obtained from the strains our lab collected by UV induced mutation, and initial and repeated screening. The optimum medium composition was as follows: wheat bran 6 g, straw 3 g, orang meal 1 g, water 11 g. It was cultivated in the shaker at 30℃ for 4 d, and the cellulase and pectinase activity (dry basis) reached 3672 u/g and 2878 u/g, respectively. It might be used as enzyme product in textile industry.
