摘要
从不同地区采集并分离到卵孢白僵菌菌株17个,其中菌株Beauveriatenella24一1对大黑鳃金龟幼虫的室内致病力高达73.3%。通过单孢分离、紫外线照射分生孢子和原生质体的诱变方法,获得了比出发菌株B.tenella24一1产孢量高2倍以上,毒力提高0.54~1.79倍的优良菌株4个。

[Col.:Scarabacidae]in the laboratory bass.A series of artificial sclectionwere applied to obtain
superior strain s of this isolate for higher sporulation rate andvirulence,Through single-spore
isolation and ultraviolet radiation on the conidia andprotoplasm,two new strains from the
single-spore isolation and one mutant strain from theradiation tests were obtaincd. Compared
with the original lsolate 24-1, the sporulation rateof the new strains were increased by two folds
and the virulence against H.paralla inereasedby almost 50%.
