摘要
本文利用北京中医药大学《护理学基础》网络教材,对基于网络环境的医学临床课程的教学模式进行了研究,以期探索出适合医学临床课程最佳的教学模式。在教学中以2004级的三年制两个高职护理班作为研究对象。通过问卷调查、复习、理论和技能考试等方法,论述网络环境下的医学临床课程的教学模式的应用效果,从而说明这种学习模式的有效性。结果提示对于医学临床这种实践性很强的课程,不适合进行单纯的网络教学,应该作为传统教学的一种辅助教学手段。
This article studies the applying effect of the teaching model in clinical courses under cyberenvironment with the cyber textbook "Basic Nursing" in Beijing University of Chinese Medicine in order to explore the optimum teaching model fitting for the clinical courses. Two classes majored in Vocational Nursing which have three years study from 2004 till 2007 are studied in the ways of questionnaire, revision and the examinations on theory and skill to state the applying effect of the teaching model in clinical courses under cyber-environment, which can explain the effectiveness of this model. The result shows that cyber-teaching is not the only and the best way to this kind of practical courses but should be the way to traditional-teaching-assisted instruction.
