摘要
目的探讨射频消融(RFA)对肿瘤组织的治疗效果及其意义。方法通过VX2肿瘤组织混悬液肝内注入法建立兔肝脏肿瘤模型,随机分为实验组及对照组,分别予以RFA治疗及假性处理,比较RFA治疗前后模型动物的肝脏功能变化及B超影像学改变。结果1周内肝功能出现明显异常改变,多数指标在2周左右恢复(P<0.05);RFA治疗后肿瘤呈逐渐缩小趋势;瘤体血流信号明显减少或消失。结论射频消融治疗术对肝脏肿瘤疗效确切,会造成肝脏功能一过性损害改变;B超等影像学检查手段为临床RFA治疗提供了重要技术支持。
Objective To explor the therapeutic effects and significances of radiofrequency ablation (RFA) of the hepatic neoplasm. Methods The hepatic neoplasm animal model was established by injecting the VX2 tumor constitution mass into the liver of the rabbits in surgery. The animal models were randomly divided into two groups: the experimental group which were treated by RFA therapy and the control group. And then the changes of hepatic function, hepatic neoplasm uhrasonography were observed respectively. Results Hepatic function changed apparently in 1 week and restored gradually to the normal level in 2 week ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The volume of neoplasm changed little in 1 week after RFA and then size - downed gradually. The blood stream signals of hepatic neoplasm after RFA therapy decreased apparently or disappeared. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of RFA on the hepatic neoplasm is positive. RFA therapy can result in hepatic function lesion. Important technic support was supplied by ultrasound for clinical RFA therapy.
