摘要
本研究对135例癌症患者作了红细胞C3b受体花环(以下简称C3b花环)、红细胞免疫复合物花环(以下简称CIC花环)及淋巴细胞正群CD3、CD4、CD8检测.并对照50例正常献血员结果进行比较。结果:正常人与癌症患者有显著性差异;癌症患者C3b花环率与CD4/CD8,比值呈明显的线性关系(y=0.402+13.34x).二者呈正相关(γ=0.88)本研究结果显示:癌症患者红细胞免疫系统与淋巴细胞免疫系统均处于抑制状态,二个免疫系统的改变有密切的联系,
One hundred and thirty-five cancer patients were examined for their lymphocytlc subsets such as CD3, CD4, CD8, the receptors rosette formation rate of red cell C3b and the immune complex rosette formation rate of red cell. Sixty normal blood donors were used as control. The results indicated that there was marked significant difference between normal subjects and cancer patients. Red cell C3b receptor rosette formation rate and the CD4/CD8 ratio presented a linear relationship (Y = 0. 402 + 13. 34x) and a positive interrelation (γ = 0. 88 ). This study showed that both the red cell immune system of cancer patients and their lymphocytic immune system were in state of suppression and that the changes of both systems were closely inter-related.
