摘要
红细胞能粘附到肿瘤细胞上,而CR1单克隆抗体能抑制红细胞粘附肿瘤细胞的活性,胸腺素、β-内啡呔可调节红细胞粘附肿瘤细胞的活性。电镜显示红细胞粘附后肿瘤细胞有破损现象,红细胞能增强NK细胞的活性。红细胞免疫功能和IL—2R阳性细胞间存在相关性。红细胞免疫功能的变化在临床上有重要意义。
In this reports the function of red cell in tumour immunology was studied. Red cells can adhere to tumour cell. This function can be inhibit by CRImonoclanal antibody. Thymosin can improve the ability of red cell in adhering tumour cells, p-endorphin can regulate activity of red cell to adhere to tumour cells. Electronograph shows that tumour cell have destructive phenomena after adhesion of red cells. Red cell can improve the function of NK cells. There was correlation between red cell immune function and number of IL-2R positive cell. Changes of red cell immune function are important for clinic practice.
