摘要
进行了硬质合金-球墨铸铁复合铸造工艺试验,观察了结合区的显微组织,比较了硬质合金复合铸造前后的硬度。结果表明:采用合适的复合铸造工艺,可以保证这两种金属之间实现良好的冶金结合,硬质合金的组织及性能基本不发生改变。
First,the experiment on compound casting technology of cemented carbide and nodular iron is done,then the microstructrue of bimetals zone is observed,and the hardness of the cemented carbides before and after compound casting are compared.The results shown that using suitable compound casting technology,good metallurgical binding of the two metals can be reached,and the structure and properties of cemented carbide are not changed basically.
