耐磨涂层材料摩擦磨损特性的研究进展 被引量:19

The Research Development of the Friction and Wear Properties of Wear-resistant Coating Materials

摘要 陶瓷材料和自润滑材料具有良好的的摩擦磨损性能。本文对这两类涂层材料的国内外研究动态进行了综述 ,介绍了Al2 O3、Cr2 O3、TiO2 、TiN等常用陶瓷及陶瓷基复合涂层材料研究和应用的最新发展 ,介绍了石墨基和MoS2 基、锡铅铜等软金属基以及氧化物和氟化物自润滑涂层材料的研究现状和应用前景 ,认为耐磨涂层材料研究工作的重点应该放在上述两种材料的复合应用上。 Ceramics and self lubricated materials possess excellent friction and wear characteristics.The present work comprehends chinese and international research development of the two coating materials,and introduces the newest development of study and application of usual ceramics,e.g.Al 2O 3,Cr 2O 3,TiO 2 and TiN etc.and ceramics matrix composite coating,specially including graphite and MoS 2 and soft metal (Sn,Pb and Cu) matrix,as well as oxide and fluoride self lubricated coating materials.It is believed that the research of wear resistant coating materials should emphasize the composite application for two above mentioned,i.e. ceramics and self lubricated materials.
