摘要
对鳀鱼油的脱胶脱色工艺中脱胶剂用法和超临界丙烷、氨脱臭工艺进行了初步研究,结果表明,在低于30℃,脱胶剂的浓度90%-94%,用量1.0%-1.5%,反应时间2—10min的条件下,可以得到正常色泽的鳀鱼油。此外,超临界丙烷和液态氨对鳀鱼油中臭味成分均具有较好的溶解性,而对甘三酯的溶解度不高,可以用作鳀鱼油脱臭剂,而且超临界丙烷萃取可以代替经典的填料塔脱酸、脱臭工艺。
The usage method of degumming agent, the deodorization technology with supercritical propane and ammonia in the technics of purifying engraulis japonicus oil were discussed. The result showed that the optimized conditions were temperature under 30 ℃, degumming agent concentration 90% - 94%, dosage 1.0 - 1.5%, reaction time 2 - 10 minutes. Moreover, supereritical propane and ammonia had preferable solvability to the odour components in engraulis japonicus oils, but glyceride was not easily soluble in these two solvent, so that the two solvents could be used as deodorization agent of engraulis japonicus oils, and the classic filling tower technology could be replaced with supercritical propane extraction.
