摘要
以米糠蜡糊为原料,采用4种方法对米糠蜡糊进行脱胶研究.单因素分析表明,采用单纯加入蒸馏水对米糠蜡糊脱胶效果较差,20%磷酸溶液与10%柠檬酸溶液对米糠蜡糊的脱胶效果差别不明显,DG-吸附剂对脱除米糠蜡糊中的胶质具有较好的效果.DG-吸附剂在脱胶时间70 min,脱胶温度80℃,脱胶剂用量9%的条件下可以使米糠蜡糊中的磷脂由3.61%降至0.16%,并且减轻了后续脱色的负担.
The paper studied the degumming effects of rice bran wax by four methods. The single factor experiments showed that the method had poor degumming effect by adding distilled water only; the method had no remarkable degumming effect by adding 20% phosphoric acid and 10% citric acid; and the method using DG- adsorber had the best degumming effect. The method using DG-adsorber could reduce the content of phospho- lipids in the rice bran wax from 3.61% to 0.16% under the conditions of degumming time 70 minutes, degumming temperature 80 ℃ ,and the amount of the degumming agent 9% , thereby reducing the burden of the following decoloring step.
