摘要
科技成果的应用导致了日益增多的负面后果,科学家的社会责任问题也随之凸现。在现代“大科学”的背景下,造成科学家社会责任缺失的原因主要有以下几方面:科技行为主体的扩大造成了科学家社会责任的模糊;科技成果应用后果的难以预测影响了科学家对其社会责任的履行;当代科技经济功能、政治功能的不断强化,使科学家面临行为选择的困惑;社会责任的道义本质无法形成一种强有力的约束机制。
With the increasing negative effect of the application of science and technology, scientists＇ social responsibility becomes important. In modem times, the lack of scientists＇ responsibility of society mainly attributes to four reasons. The first is that the enlargement of main body of science and technologyresuits in illegibility of scientists＇ responsibility. The second is that the difficult forecast in the application of science and technology works on the perform of scientists＇ responsibility. The third is that the strength on economical and political functions of science and technology brings the perplexity of scientists＇ choice. Finally, the responsibility of society is virtually moral,which leads to its＇ impotence.
