摘要
现代科学技术的快速发展在给人类发展带来极大便利的同时,也衍生了日益严峻的负面影响,引发了对科学伦理及科学家责任问题的探讨。文章阐述了科学技术的价值判断与价值构成,指出科技价值是科学家承担责任的依据。回顾了科学家责任问题的兴起与演进,指出问题的本质是如何实现科技价值的完整性。最后,基于科技价值导向,分析了当代科学家责任的内涵、构成及内在关系。
The problem about the responsibility of scientists proposed by scientists which were activating in the first line of research has been raised under the certain social and historical background. In the era of Big Science, the phenomenon of science and technology alienation causes many people to think about the problem of the responsibility of scientists. The paper firstly describes the value judgment and value structure of science and technology, points out that the value viewpoint of science and technology which is the basis of what are the scientists responsible for. Then, the writer reviews the rise and evolution of the problem about the responsibility of scientists. Finally, based on the science and technology value - oriented, the paper analyzes the connotation of scientists＇ responsibilities.
