摘要
滑摩是导致干式离合器温度上升的关键因素。基于传热学基本理论,定义了干式离合器温度场分析的边界条件,利用这些条件在CFD软件建立了干式双离合器的有限元模型,在频繁换挡工况下进行仿真分析。主要详细研究了在不同热流密度曲线下、不同空气层厚度、摩擦片边缘突起、强制散热以及不同转速对其温度场分布的的影响,从而得到了摩擦片和压盘温度变化的主要影响因素。
The key factor of the dual dry clutches performance and lifetime is the clutch shdmg. Based on the basic theory of heat transfer, the boundary conditions of the temperature field are defined. Using these conditions, build the finite element model of the DCT with the help of CFD and study under the frequent shifting condition. This paper mainly study five factors affecting the temperature field: heat flux, thickness of air layer, roughness of friction surfaces, forced cooling and the speed. The effects of these factors on the thermomechanical behavior of the clutch system are investigated to facilitate the conceptual design of a mul- tidisk clutch system.
