摘要
基于全程调速柴油机调速特性,通过改变离合器行程,将发动机转速控制在合适的范围内;在将冲击度控制在允许范围内的前提下,尽量减小离合器滑摩功,延长离合器片的使用寿命。建立了系统控制的参考模型,用来设计控制软件,实现了离合器自动控制;通过实车试验对控制策略进行了验证,取得了良好的效果。
Base on governing characteristics of the diesel engine with variable-speed governor, engine speed is controlled within a proper range by changing the travel of clutch; Under the condition of keeping jerk within an allowable range, minimize the friction work of clutch as far as possible for extending the service life of clutch linings. A reference model for system control is set up to be used for designing control software to realize the automatic control of clutch, and the control strategy is verified through real vehicle tests with good results achieved.
