摘要
通过对发动机外特性的研究,理论计算并分析匹配双离合自动变速器(DCT,dual clutch transmission)的车辆在上坡行驶过程中动力不足及频繁换挡的问题。同时,分析坡度对换挡规律的影响,提出针对上坡工况换挡规律基本设定的原则,基于该原则修正上坡工况换挡规律,对修正后的换挡规律进行仿真和实车测试。结果表明:修正后的换挡规律避免了上坡时频繁换挡的问题,提高了驾乘舒适性。该原则对上坡工况换挡规律的实际应用和研究提供支持和借鉴。
Through researches on torque characteristics of the engine, the insufficient power and frequent shifting of DCT vehicle were analyzed with theoretical calculation. At the same time, by analyzing the influences of slope on shifting schedule, the basic prin- ciple for establishing uphill mode shifting schedule is presented. The uphill mode - shifting schedule was amended, simulated and test- ed. Simulation and test results show the basic principle for establishing uphill mode shifting schedule can effectively solve the problems of frequent shifting and improve drivability. The principle provides the support and reference for the practical application and research of the shifting schedule on uphill condition.
