外源性磷酸肌酸对重度窒息新生儿血清MBP与NSE水平的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨外源性磷酸肌酸(CP)对重度窒息新生儿血清髓鞘碱性蛋白(MBP)和神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)含量的影响。方法56例重度窒息复苏后的新生儿随机分为2组:常规治疗组28例,即在对症支持处理的基础上使用脑活素和胞二磷胆碱治疗;CP治疗组28例,在常规治疗的基础上尽早(生后24h内)应用CP治疗;另取同期无窒息正常足月新生儿10例作为正常对照。观察与比较两组中、重度缺氧缺血性脑病的发生率和病死率以及治疗前后血清MBP、NSE水平的变化。结果CP治疗组中、重度HIE的发生率明显低于常规治疗组;两组的病死率在统计学上差异无显著性意义。重度窒息复苏后新生儿血清MBP、NSE含量均显著升高。CP治疗组与常规治疗组比较,在生后3d及生后8~10d时,血清MBP和NSE含量在统计学上均具显著性差异,前者明显低于后者。结论对重度窒息的新生儿,在对症支持治疗基础上尽旱使用CP可在一定程度上阻断HIE的发生发展,减轻缺氧缺血脑损伤。
