缺氧缺血性脑病新生儿血清髓鞘碱性蛋白的变化 被引量:3

摘要 目的了解缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)新生儿血清中髓鞘碱性蛋白(MBP)浓度的变化。方法选择21例经临床及影像学诊断为HIE的足月新生儿为实验组,21例临床无HIE病史的足月新生儿为对照组,于出生后第3天取静脉血,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)方法测定其血清MBP浓度,并进行比较。结果实验组新生儿血清MBP浓度高于对照组,差异有显著性(t′=5.905,P<0.01)。结论HIE新生儿血清中MBP浓度明显升高,对明确诊断、判断病情及预后有一定帮助。 Objective To observe the serum level of mylin basic protein (MBP) in hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) neonates. Methods Twenty-one full-term neonates clinically and radiologically diagnosed as having HIE were recruited as experimental group, and 21 healthy neonates served as controls. Venous blood was taken three days after birth. ELISA was employed to determine the serum level of MBP. Results The serum MBP in HIE neonates was significantly higher than that of healthy neonates (t′=5. 905,P〈0.01). Conclusion Serum concentration of MBP in HIE newborns is high, it is helpful in the diagnosis and prediction of the prognosis of this condition.
