综述高淀粉玉米的概念、玉米淀粉的化学性质、生物合成途径及子粒胚乳遗传育种研究进展,系统地阐述高淀粉玉米在食品、医药、工业等方面的广泛用途。
The author reviewed the conception, chemical character, biosynthesis approach and kemel endosperm genetic and breeding of high starch corn The extensive usage in foodstuff, medicine and industry of high starch corn was systemically summarized in this paper.
