摘要
对高淀粉玉米的类型及其在淀粉工业领域的加工利用现状进行了综述。通过分析目前高淀粉玉米的种质资源利用现状以及高淀粉玉米自交系和杂交种的选育情况,提出了不同类型高淀粉玉米品种的育种目标,探讨了高淀粉玉米种质创新改良、自交系选育的方法和杂交种选配的策略。
In this paper, patterns and industry present situation in industry of high-starchy corn were reviewed. The germplasm resources and breeding of inbred lithe and hybrids were analyzed. It has been pointed out the breeding aim of pattern high-starchy corn maize Strategy of germplasm creation and method for breeding inbred line and principle to select hybrids were approached.
