摘要
本文概括地介绍了我国玉米深加工取得的成就，从１９８１年到１９９７年，玉米淀粉产量年增长率为１４％。但存在问题很多，主要是深加工程度不够，企业经济效益较低。发展的出路在于扩大生产规模，应用高新技术，进一步推进深加工程度。
This article summarized the achievements on the corn deep processing in China. From 1981 to 1997, annualincreasing rate of corn starch product averaged 14%. However, there Still are many problems, especially in the degreeof corn deep processing and the economic benefits. So enlarging enterprise scale and applying new techniques are thesuitable methods of developing corn deep processing.
