摘要
【目的】探讨性病门诊患者生殖器部位单纯疱疹病毒(HSV)感染情况。【方法】应用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)对本院230例性病门诊患者生殖器部位皮损进行HSV和其他性病病原体检测。【结果】在230例病例中,HSV阳性率为43.9%(101/230),其中男性患者阳性率为50.0%(75/150),80例女性患者阳性率为32.5%(26/80),两者相比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。不同临床标本中以水疱检出HSV阳性率最高为71.4%(65/91)。同时并发其他性病病原体阳性82例,阳性率35.7%(82/230)。【结论】男性HSV发生率高于女性,不同临床标本HSV检出阳性率不同,且常常发其他性病病原体感染。
[Objective]To explore the circumstance of herpes simplex virus（HSV） infection of genitourinary tract in sexually transmitted disease （STD） patients. [Methods]HSV in the lesion exudates of genitourinary tract was tested with ELISA in STD patients, and the other STD pathogens were detected at the same time. [Results]The positive rate of HSV infection was 43.9% （101/230）. The male and female were 50.0% （75/150） and 32.5 % （26/80）respectively. The positive rate of HSV from the vesicular fluid was higter than that from other clinical specimens. Eighty two （35.7%） cases were confected with other STD pathogens in addition to HSV infection. [Conclusion]The positive rate of HSV infection is varied with different clinical specimens, and patients may be co-infected with other sexually transmitted pathogens.
