摘要
提出将人工智能技术应用于数控系统的策略和模型。具体采用专家系统的框架概念构造出数控机床故障诊断的专家系统模型,提出利用知识库中的管理子系统管理各子知识库;采用正反推理混合方式以及单元推理、行为推理和故障树推理的方式,提高了故障诊断效率。
Presents stragtegy and models of appaying artifwial intelligence technology in computer numerical control system. It follows that using the frame concept of expert syetem enstructs the model of fault diagnosis for NC deeice. It manages sub - intellectual through the sub - managing system and uses the mix resoning method and unite reasoning, behavior reasoning, fault tree reasoning method so as to improve the efficiency of fault diagnose.
