摘要
对数控机床典型故障建立故障树,通过其最小割集进行故障定性分析,并用VC++6.0开发了一套基于故障树分析法的数控机床故障诊断系统。
Illustrate the typical CNC machine tools＇ fault to build up the fault tree and qualitatively analyze fault by resolving the minimum practical fault. A fault diagnosis system for CNC machine tools based fault tree analysis is developed by using VC ＋＋ 6.0.
