摘要
采用面向对象的方法表达设备的故障诊断与维修问题,结合决策理论的分析方法,研究数控机床的故障智能诊断与维修的策略,包括故障原因解释。整个系统符合现代化的CNC维修要求,能有效降低CNC设备维修保障的费用。
This paper uses object-oriented methods to illustrate the diagnosis of equipment,combining strategic theory and analytical study,studying the strategy of fault diagnosis and maintenance for CNC machines,which includes the explanation of fault cause.At the same time,it is also effective way for modem training and daily maintenance of CNC machine.
