摘要
测定密县金银花及其茎、叶中绿原酸含量。方法：用紫外分光光度仪进行氯原酸含量测定。结 果：金银花、茎、叶中氢原酸的质量分数分别为１．２５％、０．４８％、１．７５％。结论：用其叶可替代金银花，能够提高药用 价值，扩大药用资源。
Aim:To determine the chlorogenic acid content in flowers,branches and leaves of Lonicera japoica.Methods:The contents were measured by ultraviolet spectrophotometry.Results:The contents in flowers,branches and leaves of Lonicera japoica were 1.25%,0.48% and 1.75% respectively.Conclusion:The leaves,instead of flowerw,could improve the medicinal value and expand herb resources.
