摘要
讨论了以PLLA和β-TCP为原料以高温低压力条件下的模压成型作为成型手段,制备了β-TCP/PLLA复合骨折内固定材料,并对所得复合材料的力学性能进行了测试,对影响材料的最终力学性能的因素作了分析。结果表明:以较低的成形压力(5 MPa)、200℃的成形温度,β-TCP粉末含量为20%时,制得的复合材料的力学性能最好。制备的复合材料的抗弯强度约为80 MPa,抗压强度约为75 MPa,基本满足骨折内固定的要求,为进一步的研究工作打下了基础。
A process which consists of a solvent casting stage, a film crush up, and a compression molding stage was used to prepare fracture innerfixation composite materials of β- TCP/PLLA. The mechanical strength of these composite materials was tested and the factors which would affect the mechanical strength were analyzed. The experimental results showed that the β-TCP/PLLA composite materials manufactured under the conditions of 200℃ molding temperature and 20% β- TCP would possess a much better mechanical strength. The compressive yield strength and the bending strength of the composite were nearly 75 MPa and 80 MPa.
