摘要
分别在500、680℃下烧结4h后制备二种多孔钙磷玻璃陶瓷,并评价了它们的降解性能和生物相容性.X射线衍射证实,500℃下烧结产物呈玻璃态;而680℃下烧结产物有晶体析出,其主晶相为β-Ca(PO3)2.扫描电镜观察了两者的形貌,发现后者比前者结构紧密,并测得两者孔径介于227~450μm.液体(水)静力称重法测定了两种多孔材料的吸水率(Wa)分别为31%和28%,显气孔率(Pa)为40%和37%,密度(ρb)为1 29和1 30g/cm3.分别将材料0 1000g浸泡于37℃50mL生理盐水中66h,发现浸泡液呈酸性,降解速度前者恒定,后者减少.血液相容性实验和细胞黏附实验表明前者生物相容性不佳,后者良好.
In this paper, two kinds of porous calcium phosphate glass ceramics were sintered at 500℃ and 680℃ for 4 h respectives and degradation and biological compatibility properties were characterized. There are β-Ca(PO3)2 phases detected by X - ray diffraction in the latter glass ceramics (680℃ for 4h). Results of scanning electron microscopy show the latter glass ceramics is much more tightly than the former, and their apeaures are between 227 and 450μm. Results of weighing experiments show Water Absorption (Wa) of two samples is 31% and 28% ,and Apparent Porosity (Pa) is 40% and 36% ,and Bulk Density (Pb) is 1.29 and 1.31 g/cm^3, respectively. Results of the degradation demonstrate the former can degrade incessantly, but the degradation rate of the latter becomes smaller and smaller. The blood compatibility and cell compatibility experiments disclose the latter porous calcium metaphosphate glass ceramics have good biological compatibility.
