生物医用材料聚L-乳酸的生物相容性及降解性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 通过DSC、SEM、TGA等分析手段对合成得到的聚L-乳酸(PLLA)进行了细胞种植、动物体内包埋及热降解实验,其生物相容性及体内、体外降解情况。实验证明PLLA材料具有良好的生物相容性和组织相容性。用其薄膜埋植于兔子皮下,兔子的生存状态及生长良好;其薄膜可为细胞在其表面上生长、增殖、分泌基质提供良好的微环境。PLLA材料分子量越大降解速度越慢,且体内降解的速度要比体外降解的速度快。 The properties of poly (L-lactic acid) (PLLA)were characterized by DSC,TGA,SEM including cell compatibility,tissue compatibility,degradability and molecular weight. Through planting cells on PLLA material,investing PLLA material in animal body,and degrading in out the body,we studied the biocompatibility and degradation of this material. The result shows that PLLA has good cell compatibility and tissue compatibility. The thin membrane of PLLA was embeded in the rabbits and the rabbits had a good condition of growth. The material of PLLA can good environment for growth of the cells. The molecular weight affect the degradation rate of the PLLA either in or out the body. And in the body the degradable velocity was more fast.
