摘要
捻度稳定度和线密度对单丝型医用缝合线有较大影响。通过正交试验的方法,设计不同的捻因数、热定形温度与热定形时间,对聚乳酸长丝进行加捻与热定形,对处理后的聚乳酸长丝捻度稳定度以及线密度进行测量,结果表明:当捻因数为285、热定形温度为60℃、热定形时间为15 min时,聚乳酸缝合线的综合性能最佳。
Twist stability and linear density had great influence on the monofilamen suture. By the orthogo- nal test, polylactic acid monofilament was twisted and heated setting through the different twist factor, heat setting temperature and time. Then, the twist stability and linear density were measured. The results showed that: when the twist factor was 285, heat setting temperature was 60 ℃, heat setting time was 15 min, polylactic acid sutures had the best comprehensive performance.
