摘要
本文利用Prim eTim e对超大规模集成电路(VLSI)的静态时序进行验证,主要是对工艺库和环境的设置、定义延时信息、定义时钟属性、定义时序例外等进行了详细的阐述,取得了一个较好的VLSI验证方法.
We use the software named PrimeTime to veriy the VLSI＇s static timing at the article, it is described at the aspect： setting of technologic warehouse and surroundings, defining of delay information, clock attribute and timing exception ,and we get a good verify method.
