摘要
介绍了在电子束泵浦的百焦耳级氯化氛和氨化氪准分子激光实验中,用压力法测量电子束在激光气体中的能量沉积,获得较满意的信号,并由此推得电子束在激光气体中的沉积效率、激光器本征效率和平均泵浦功率等重要参量,为激光器调试提供了有用的参考依据.
In a 100J level XeC and KrF excimer laser experiment, measurements ofe-beam energy deposition in laser gas are reported and satisfactory signals are obtained.As a result, we have obtained several important Parameters such as e-beam energy deposition efficiency in laser gas and laser intrinsic efficiency, etc. Also, average pumping rate is calculated, which is helpful for laser adjustment.
