常用根管冲洗液与臭氧液杀菌效果的实验研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的:比较常用根管冲洗消毒液与HYCY40009型臭氧仪产生的不同浓度臭氧液的杀菌效果。方法:采用细菌悬液定量实验法测定5组消毒液对3株兼性厌氧菌和2株专性厌氧菌的杀菌效果。结果:杀菌率随着臭氧液浓度的增加而提高,臭氧液对微生物的杀灭率随着时间延长而增高。当增加臭氧液浓度(1.339 mg/L)和作用时间(5 min)时,其杀菌效率与常用的根管冲洗液3%双氧水、0.25%次氯酸钠液的杀菌效果一致。结论:HY-CY40009型臭氧发生仪在通电40 min内可以产生具有理想消毒杀菌作用的臭氧液。对于感染根管的冲洗消毒应用具有较好前景。 Objective:To get the normal sterilizing water and the different concentrations of Ozone water produced by the HYCY40009 ozone generator. Made a contrast experiment on their results in killing the bacteria, to choose the most proper concentration of ozone water.Method: Three groups of experiments according to the functioning time of the sterilizing water and the bacteria. Using suspension metbodto test the percentage of the killing of the bacteria of five groups of sterilizing water on three both faeultative aerobes and two obligate anaerobic.Result:With the increasing of the concentrations of the Ozone water, the percentage of the killing of bacteria will increase; With the increase of the time , the percentage of the killing of the Bacteria also increased; with the increase of both the concentratons (1. 339 mg/l) and the time ( 5 minutes), the killing of the bacteria is in agreement with the average root canal irrigation and sterilization water (3% hydrogen peroxid、0.25 % sodium hypochlorite), and kill the most bacteria. Conclusion: the experiments ,show that HY-CY40009 Ozone water machine will produce the most effective ozone,water after working for 40 minutes. It will have a positive future in the in the irrigation and stirilization of the effected root canal.
