摘要
提出了高浓度臭氧气体消毒剂和高强度紫外线联合作用消毒口腔手机的新方法.臭氧为广谱、高效、快速的杀菌剂,其气体可渗入到器械内部,高强度紫外线短距离集中照射物体表面可迅速灭菌.本实验表明,在研制成的kx01口腔专用消毒箱内,臭氧(浓度>180mg/m^3)和紫外线(辐射强度>30000μw/cm^2)同时消毒被污染的口腔手机10分钟,对大肠杆菌的杀灭率为100%,金黄色葡萄球菌为99.999%,枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞为97.55%,完全破坏乙型肝炎病毒(HBs-Ag)抗原,取得了良好的消毒效果.
A new method for the sterilization of dental hand-piecxes by the joint action of a high-concentration gaseous ozone sterilizing agent and high-intensity ultraviolet ray has been put forward. Ozone is a broad spectrum bactericide with high efficiency and quick action. In gaseous state, it penetrates into all parts of the objects to be sterilized; while directed radiation of high-intensity ul-traviolet ray on the surface of objects brings a speedy bactericidal effect. The experiment has shown that when contaminated hand-pieces are sterilized by ozone (at>180mg/ cm3) and ultraviolet ray (at > 30000/uW/ cm2)jointly for 10' in a model KX01 dental sterilizer specially developed for the purpose, the bactericidal rate against escherichi-a coli is 100%, staphylococcus aureus 99. 999%and Bacillus subtilis sub-sp. nigra spores 97. 55%. HBs-Ag antigens are totally destroyed. The results of sterilization are most satisfactory.
