摘要
运用细菌混合培养实验，通过菌落计数、离子色谱分析、电子探针及扫描电镜技术显示了中间普氏菌与血链球菌、变形链球菌呈拮抗关系；与具核梭杆菌、伴放线放线杆菌呈共生关系。血链球菌对中间普氏菌的拮抗可能与改变细胞膜离子浓度，从而抑制了中间普氏菌生长及代谢有关。本研究提示血链球菌在牙周微生态环境中起重要作用。
y mixed bacterial culture technique,through colony counting and ion chromatographic method,we found streptococcus sanguis and streptococcus mutans could antagonise prevotella intermedia, Step-tococcus sanguis also coaggregated prevotella intermedia and interfered in their cell membrane perme-ability, especially in the changes of calcium and phosphate concentration, Prevotella intermedia had co-existing relation to other gram-negative anaerobic bacteria, such as fusobacterium nucleam (F.n)andactinobacillus actinomyceterncomitans (A,a), and had no aggregation while mixed culture.
