摘要
目的:测定上海市10家医院的护理项目工时数,为合理配置护理人力资源提供理论依据。方法:采用现场护理工时测定法,发放护理工时测定和频率登记表。结果:按实测工时数、床位使用率,分析出上海市各级医院的直间接护理工时情况。结论:各家医院人力编制要求明显低于卫生行政部门规定的标准,护理人力资源的配置与使用不科学,并提出合理的人员编制理论标准。
Objective : Provide theoretic gist by measuring the nursing item man - hours of 10 hospitals in Shanghai. Methods:On -spot interview and measurement were adopted; man -hour measurement and frequency registration tables were handed out. Results: Were analyzed the outcomes of this investigation through statistics including man - hour and bed utility ratio, gained from the hospitals. Conclusions: The results showed all the status quo of the manpower configuration is lower than the sanitation service's requirement. The results provided the theoretic standard for hospital nursing staff configuration rationally.
